About Me
My Background
Growing up in the world of dog shows and professional handling, I gained hands-on experience with a wide variety of breeds and temperaments. I began showing dogs in AKC competitions at age 10 and led a 4-H dog project group, which sparked my passion for grooming and animal care.
My grooming journey officially started at 14 with my first job at a doggy daycare and salon in California. Over the years, I’ve blended what I learned in the show ring with practical, gentle grooming techniques for pets of all shapes and sizes.
I’m certified in AKC S.A.F.E. (Safety, Assurance, Fundamentals, Education) Grooming and hold the AKC-PGC (Pet Groomer Certification), which reflect my commitment to safe, sanitary, and professional grooming standards. I also continue my education to stay up to date on the best practices in coat and skin care.
At my in-home salon, I provide a luxury grooming experience in a calm, one-on-one setting—a personalized service you won’t find in most traditional salons. I never use cage dryers or kennels, and each appointment is tailored to your dog’s individual needs. In addition, I proudly partner with local animal shelters to offer free grooming for dogs in need.
I’m a U.S. Air Force public affairs veteran, originally from Monterey, California, and now living in Bellevue, Nebraska. I’m deeply grateful to those who have served and continue to serve our country.
